Messina1915 Posted 21 September , 2008 Share Posted 21 September , 2008 The Casualty List for September 1918 on NAVAL-HISTORY.NET shows that HMS Glatton was lost on 16 September and Cook's Mate King was one of many deaths of wounds in the days and weeks that followed - the last on 7 October, three weeks later. The reason that he's in the December quarter is that his death wouldn't have been registered until October.
