Tim Godden Posted 13 March , 2004 Share Posted 13 March , 2004 I wonder if anyone has any information on a DCM winner with the RFA whos surname was Lawler. He was awarded it late on, possibly even after the war. He was my G-Grandad and I am interested to find out more about him. Any help would be brilliant. All the best, Tim

C T Lawler, D/71st Bde RFA from the LG 11 Mar 20 reads as follows: "His coolness and devotion to duty whilst under very heavy hostile fire have on many occasions during the period 25th February to 11 November 1918, set an example to his comrades."
