Yes, I've got it and read it.

Dry, but a tour de force on the subject. Very scholarly.

Not everyone's cup of tea though.

I'll go with Martin's remarks - a good dissection of the subject, but not an easy read. I bought it for an essay for my MA, and ideal for that.
