Doc2 Posted 14 February , 2009 Share Posted 14 February , 2009 During the War, the YMCA and the French equivalent operated the "Foyers du Soldat", or service clubs, for the French Army. One activity carried out was morale building, including a play entitled "Visions de Guerre", in which actors (mostly women) played parts of heroic characters from French History. One name I have found associated with this activity is that of a Madame Morisse. Does anyone happen to have any information or references to these activities, or to the identity of Madame Morisse? Thanks in advance for any assistance. Doc
