William Pearl Hinton (Wesley College, Old Wesley and Barbarians) played 16 times for Ireland between 1907 and 1912 (6 wins, 1 draw and 9 losses). He also refereed Scotland v France in 1921 and was President of the IRFU 1920-1921. I'd be interested to know any details of his military service.
