DirtyDick Posted 6 April , 2004 Share Posted 6 April , 2004 Hello I am just wondering whether Dominion servicemen's WW1 papers are available in the UK? (I am especially interested with regard to Canadians.) If there are no UK-based researchers with access to Commonwealth archives, does anyone know how to get copies of such papers without the hassle of having to do a currency-exchange and send payment via paypal or the post. Many thanks for your help, Richard

Guest Ian Bowbrick Posted 6 April , 2004 Share Posted 6 April , 2004 What you need to do is buy William Spencer's book as there is asection giving the web addresses to access Canadian and Digger records, plus an address you can write to in South Africa for records of their servicemen.
