muppet Posted 24 July , 2009 Share Posted 24 July , 2009 Hi All... My Grandfather Clarence Henry Francis T/326544 was in the ASC from 18.4.17 to 7.2.19. His medal card shows his rank as Dvr (driver?) I know he worked with horses as his 'Certificate of Employment During the War' Army Form Z.18 states... Is a good man with his horses...... also on this form it says he was with the 30coy RASC and his unit was No7 Army Aux Horse Coy.. I was wondering if anyone had any idea where he would have served? There is no theatre of war on his medal card and unfortunately his service records never survived Pleased to say he survived the war and went on to serve in the Home Guard in WW2 Many thanks for any help Wen
