I don' t know much about Irelands role in the war (being a Scot)but i found his talk interesting and it seemed balanced. He including some surprising facts such as the Belfast man in an armoured car brigade in Russia, a uvf group in Andersontown etc. However he was realistic about the divide between the two communities.
