Guest Sarge Posted 30 April , 2004 Share Posted 30 April , 2004 My Grandfather William Jamieson served with the 8th Black watch Jan - Nov 1918. He was wounded on 23 March 1918. ( bullet wound to right forearm. ) I would be extremely grateful if someone could advise me as to the units activites and movements over that period, Many thanks. 9th Black Watch Posted 6 May , 2004 Share Posted 6 May , 2004 I notice you listed this topic on another board. I added some details about the battalion's movements in 1918. Just in case you miss them. All the best, Derek
