I am looking for photos or information on my great grandfather Richard Taylor Higgins signed up in Winnipeg on 22 aug 1914 into the 10th battalion 2nd brigade, 1st Division C.E.F. Serial number 19730 served in Belgium and France from 1915 until 1918 . Died a Sgt on the 10th Feb 1919 of pneumonia at a hospital in Liverpool England. I have done a lot of research on him and the 10th Bn but I have not been able to locate any pictures of him. My relatives do not have any and neither does the 10th Bn's succesor the Galgary Highlanders and neither does National Archives. This forum is my last hope.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on who I might contact or where I might be able to find a picture of a WWI Canadian soldier.

Mark
