William Herbert LUCAS of the 8th Battalion Noth Staffordshire Regiment. I do not know if he was KIA or DOW but his date of death is given as 21 January 1916 and he is interred at the Merville Communal Cemetery. I am trying to find out more about this man. What the battalion was doing and where they were around that date. If anyone can help me with this I will be most obliged.
