I have a copy of his death cert. and also a 'In Memorium' card which confirms his death as the 25th October 1914. Last year I wrote to the CWGC as their database states 26th October. I supplied copies of these items but never heard anything back from them and the date has not been changed. I appreciate that there is only one day in it, but it would be nice to get it corrected especially as his birthday was (yes, you guessed it) 26th October! Does anybody what I can do next? The current copy was taken on 02.06.03. If a change was made after that date, it will not yet show up.
