Chris_B Posted 1 June , 2004 Share Posted 1 June , 2004 After another PAL had checked the medal roll, I know that one of my Grandfather's cousins, Reuben Burge Pte 1821 East Surrey Regiment served in 2nd, 13th (Wandsworth) and 9th Battalions. Reuben survived the war and was class Z on 14/3/19. Although I appreciate that as a mere private it is unlikely, I'm wondering if anyone with an interest in and access to Easy Surrey docs can find a mention of him. Chris.
