This is great book for beginners like me. I was able to get it at my library sale. It has great Timeline of the War and some helpful maps. It also has brief description of all aspects of the war, such as battles, weapons, people involved and home fronts. It has a concise introduction. So I recommend it for people like me who are trying to learn about World War I. Hope to now read more detailed books on different subjects. dng
