Cavalry Division

The War Establishments for 1914 make provision for a "Headquarters of the Divisional Artillery of a Cavalry Division." Can anyone tell me if this HQ was ever formed? If so, was it only formed for the (rather large) Cavalry Division of the original BEF or for the (much smaller) numbered cavalry divisions that followed?

Having such a HQ makes some sense for a large cavalry division, with its four cavalry brigades and two horse artillery brigades. It makes much less sense for the smaller divisions, each of which had but two or three cavalry brigades and but one horse artillery brigade headquarters.
