I am currently researching Arthur Edward Cumming who saw service in WW1., serving with Vaughn’s Rifles, with whom he earned an MC. Went on to win a VC in WWII with the Indian Army. Later awarded OBE and served as superintendent of police in Kyrenia, Cyprus. Died April 1971. Any help gratefully appreciated.
