CEF Soldiers

Desmond Morton wrote that the oldest soldier in the CEF was 80 years old, and the youngest was 10. Does anyone know who these might be?

There CVWM site has a 3 and a 5 year old, which I have trouble believing. The oldest that seems to make sense was 67, and there was a surgeon that is listed as being 75 who could have served in some capacity in Canada.

Thanks
