Jon Miller Posted 6 July , 2004 Share Posted 6 July , 2004 A fitting tribute - how fascinating to discover the story behind the medals.
KateJ Posted 6 July , 2004 Share Posted 6 July , 2004 Pte. Thomas Albert Morgan can now be found at Plot IX, Row G, Grave 10, in Strand Military Cemetery Belgium. He was 16 years of age. Thanks for reading my recent research on Pte. Morgan. As always your thoughts and comments are welcome. My daughter's boyfriend is 16. Certainly makes you think. RIP Thomas Albert Morgan Kate
David_Bluestein Posted 6 July , 2004 Author Share Posted 6 July , 2004 Thanks Kate and Jon, Appreciate your kind words, and thanks for reading my research. I try very hard to ensure that all medals in my care are researched to their fullest potential. Each has a story to tell. This one is very poignant, the soldier being so young at the time of his death.
Anthony Bagshaw Posted 6 July , 2004 Share Posted 6 July , 2004 David, another truly amazing job well done. I love seeing parts of your collection, wish you would post some more! I'm 19 myself and haven't done anything with my life. Makes you think what the poor ''lad'' went through. Hope to see some more of your collection soon Anthony
