Craignageeragh means the rock of the sheep, and Ahoghill ( which is in County Antrim, Northern Ireland) means the ford of the Yew wood. Translating Irish townlands is a particular passion of mine.

It aint much but its a start.

A great website! Highly recommended. Loved the Fusilier Profiles sub-section.

Tom - try these for fun. Aughafatten; Derrykeighan; Carniny. All townlands in and around my home town. I've put some of my soldier research to a member of the local family history society. They were more interested in the townland addresses than anything else! Apparently they are now all being 'lost'.
