museumtom Posted 26 August , 2011 Share Posted 26 August , 2011 I am looking for a headstone that should exist as part of an IFCP update and would very much appreciate if someone could take a picture of the headstone (that should exist)in Cloghanover Cemetery of WARD, PETER FRANCIS. A doctor but also an Officer of the RAMC. he is remembered on the Brookwood Memorial but does not show where he is buried. He was killed in a car accident. Any help would be very much appreciated and should end in this In From The Cold solider being recognised.( My people are from Galway but I live in Tipp, a zillion miles away) Thanking ye in advance. Murrough Posted 4 September , 2011 Share Posted 4 September , 2011 Hi Tom, I have the pics for you, if you can pm your email I will send later. Chris, there were no contact details at the cemetery and nobody about that I could ask, its a pretty rural location, but a small extension has been added in recent years and the this part is still used. Regarsd, murrough.
