Both of you have done an enormous amount of work on identifying the Diggers from the mass graves, and you changed my mind on the issue. I've had a closer look at the page and it appears to simply be a template for a pre-publicity trailer and I suspect the boxes that need to be filled only allow one name for an author. If Ian and Greg Chappell wrote a book on cricket, I suspect only one of them would be on a similar page. Or it is a trainee/intern in a rush.
