SDGW Look Up Please

Dear Pals,

I was at a family do last weekend, and I was talking with my cousin who has the medals for our Great Uncle and Grandfather. We have the details of his death from the CWGC, but given the slightly poignant date (Christmas Eve 1915) he wanted to know anything further such as wether he died through illness, Killed in Action or Died of Wounds.

Would it be possible for any Pal who has the SDGW to look up the following Soldier and let me know if SDGW can cast any additional light ?

Knowing that I collect to our Grandfathers regiment the HAC, he asked if there was any way of finding any additional information - him being computer illiterate, I voluneteered to contact the Forum.

Many thanks in advance

James

Just in case your cousin doesnt have it, look for the MIC at the PRO. S's may not be on line yet, but worth a look?
