Chris Posted 27 July , 2004 Share Posted 27 July , 2004 Hi all. Wonder if someone with access to the list of men that served with the Artists Rifles see if a Bert Richardson is listed. Family suggests my great grandmother was engaged to a Bert Richardson who served alongside my great grandfather in the Artists Rifles. Supposedly he was killed durinmg the war, but given that his first name could be Albert, Herbert or Bert, CWGC and SDGW throw out large numbers of possibles.
