From my meagre medal/research collection :- remembered this day 31/07/1917 Lieutenant Laurence Whitely 196th Coy MGC - Wieltje Farm Cemetery, Ieper 2nd Lieutenant Frank Lewis 7th Coy MGC - The Huts Cemetery, Ieper 17832 Private Wilfred Harry Harrison 25th Coy MGC - Menin Gate Memorial, Ieper 3 of the 28 Officers & 143 Other Ranks from the Machine Gun Corps who died on this day in 1917.
