Has anyone read this book? It just came out here in the States in Feb. 2012. I haven't read it, but wondered if anyone had a positive impression..

I am reading it now. I have a positive impression so far. He points out things that I hadn't considered before, such as how Germany's naval buildup got Britain's attention and made them into an enemy. The author maintains that Germany would have been much better served if these resources had been diverted to the army. Interesting point.
