Holt's guide to the Ypres Salient-Thanks

Can I post a quick word of thanks to the Holts? While looking through the last edition of their Ypres battlefield guide I noticed a slight factual error regarding our school memorial plaque at St. George's Church which we dedicated on our tenth anniversary battlefields tour in 2004. I contacted them and Valmai Holt replied promptly thanking me for pointing it out and saying that the error would be corrected in the next edition. Lo and behold, it has been and some of the additional information I provided has also been included.

Hooray for the Holt Guides! If only one had enough time when visiting the B Fields to make as much use of them as they offer.

I have lost count of the number of times I have been on the Western Front, but I ALWAYS take the Holts' guides with me.

P.S. Glad to see you are safely returned from the land of the Trojans, Keith

I have a previous edition but returned last night from a week in Ypres with the 'Seventh, Updated Edition 2011' - Menin Gate at Night on the front cover. It was certainly worth buying the update. Highly recommended.
