In examining the Casualty Form from the National Archives on my great uncle, a 2/Lt., I've come across these acronyms. Can anyone suggest what they might mean?:

'NYD Gassed' 'Diagnosed DAH' 'NYDN' 'VDH' (Very Delicate Health? i.e. shell-shock?)

From memory,

DAH - Disordered Action of the Heart (otherwise known as "Effort" Syndrome).
