PoW Found

I looked through the new database yesterday for the first time and WOW.

As always in these situations I went to check out my favourite regiment - The Black Watch.

Result !!!!!!

There was a L/Cpl A. Harrower and I Have his medals.

(I have not come across another Harrower in my research so I am pretty certain its him)

His details so far are as follows

L/Cpl A. Harrower

No.2620 re-numbered 290699

7th Battalion

From Cowdenbeath

Published in the wounded lists in 1916

Medals:- Military Medal, 14/15 Star, War, Victory

I never knew he was a PoW and will follow the references posted as well as trying for his service record.

What I magic feeling I am one happy guy.
