You could try looking at http://booko.com.au for an Australian bookseller, but unless free overseas postage is offered, it'll be expensive, as the book is very heavy. Cheers Gareth Unable to find a U.S. seller, I ordered a copy from Collins Booksellers yesterday. Cost was $89.64 AUD ($95.53 USD) with $26.00 of that being postage.
