Guest Clinton Brunt Posted 30 August , 2004 Share Posted 30 August , 2004 Fellows, Today I received what I consider a rare surprise. I'd ordered several old manuals, a copy 'Training and Manuevors Regulations, 1909' being one of them. I briefly flipped through the pages and noticed several stampings in blue ink within the book on various pages. On closer inspection they read-- "B" Coy. 2nd. BN. Cameron Highlanders" Needless, I think this is pretty neat as I have a modern surplus Camerons kilt and old shoulder Cameron titles and in general think the regiment intersting. So I wonder, how long in service could this manual have been before being replaced by a newer version? Could it have been still in the Bn. library in 1914-15?? Sincerely, Clinton
