Jacob Posted 5 September , 2004 Share Posted 5 September , 2004 How could I find some info abot Ernest EDWARDS who served with the Royal Flying Corps during the war. He was born in 1901 and was the son of William EDWARDS & Clarissa WHITE. I think he lied his age to join. He left home when he 13 years old after his mother died when he was 6 years old. Thanks. mcderms Posted 7 September , 2004 Share Posted 7 September , 2004 The best thing to do would be to head for the National Archives at Kew. If his records survived the ww2 bombing, they will be in alphabetical order on microfiche.
