Units arrived in Egypt 23 September 1915?

I suppose I'm taking a huge chance ... but there are some [many?] amazing experts in this Forum, so here goes ...

Thanks to Michael, I now know that M2 - 116621 Pte Ernest Cramphorn, ASC, landed in Egypt (Theatre of War 3) on 23 September 1915.

Does ANYONE know whether an ASC unit landed in Egypt on that date, and if so which one - or was Cramphorn a solitary detail arriving on posting?

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
