(http://www.seekrieg14-18.de) announces: Issue No. 12 of the magazine "Marine-Nachrichtenblatt" is out now. http://www.mnb.seekrieg14-18.de/MNB_012_II-2013.htm It can be purchased only by subscrption, i.e. it has to be ordered and payed in advance as only so many exemplars are printed as are ordered. Orders should be placed within the next two weeks (until August 18th latest). There is an article by GWF-member Michael Lowrey about the Northern Barrage in it.
