Pals

I seam to think this might been a hard question to ask of the approximate number of recipients of the Mons (1914) star who went on to win gallantry awards by 1918.

If this is not possible how about the below only.

MM's?

Dcm's?

Hi Scott

Can only give figures for one Regiment, the K.S.L.I. (there are about 50 entries on the 1914 star roll that I could not make out, so there may be one or two more to add to numbers below ?).

M.C. -4

D.C.M. -31

M.M. -45

Bar -2

M.S.M. -7

Mentioned in Despatches -10

Medals from other Countries -9

Annette

P.S. Does not include officers awards
