a missing POW

How does one submit the details of a WW1 POW to an official list who does not appear on the POW lists which I 've looked at on Forum ?

Here are the details of my uncle who was a POW in WW1 from the Battle of Le Cateau on the 26th. Aug 1914 until the war ended. His details are on this web site.
