In memory of my Great uncle, Arthur William Chaple 46870 Rifleman 13th Kings Royal Rifle Corps, who on this day 5th Oct 1918 fell attempting to cross the Banteux Ravine and lies in Villers Hill cemetery. Remembered by all his family.

Turkey st awaits your return Arthur.
