I supposedly had a copy coming from a used shop in Montigny-les-Metz, but they sold it out from under me. I'd be grateful for a photocopy or a lend--anything. Glad to pay postage. I have a message out to the author, who supposedly put it up for download on academia.edu, but I haven't heard back from him. I've looked all over the web to no avail.
