MikeyH Posted 22 May , 2014 Share Posted 22 May , 2014 A browsing foray into a local 'Waterstones' today, revealed price reductions on several current Great War titles: e.g. 'Challenge of Battle', reduced by £6. 'Fight the Good Fight' by Alan Mallinson, reduced by £10. Plus several other good recent releases on the subject reduced by £6, £8 or £10. One wonders if this is due to a sales promotion on books of the Great War, a glut of titles, or simply an effort to compete with Amazon? Discuss! Mike. David Ridgus Posted 23 May , 2014 Share Posted 23 May , 2014 I think all three Mike, although I fear the competition with Amazon is beyond them. David

David Ridgus Posted 24 May , 2014 Share Posted 24 May , 2014 I like the irony that you are referencing this from the "extensive library" of WIT fame! David
