It defeated me though when I tried to buy a book for the lovely missus as a birthday gift... However, using the excellent Calibre software you can buy kindle books and transfer to kobo easy as pie, which sorts the cost and availabilty issues out. Weeeell, I've only had it a few days and I have enough books already to last forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I still have not started on the free sites mentioned by members. Hope that I can organise this little lot so that I can find things!! It does seem awfully small though. Hopefully I'll get used to it.
