Stuart Lawton Posted 21 October , 2004 Share Posted 21 October , 2004 Charles W Hackman MM Pte 40673 1/1st Bn Cambridgeshire Regiment Pte 40673 Suffolk Regiment Pte 26825 Northamptonshire Regiment I've just found him in the London Gazette, dated 13/05/1919, where he is listed as being awarded the Miltary Medal. It also states he's from Watford but I don't know if this is the one in Hertfordshire or Northamptonshire. If it's Hertfordshire then he maybe a relative as my grandfather had a cousin Charles William Hackman.
