Remembering today my Gt-Uncle

Private JAMES WEBLEY

10092, "D" Coy. 1st Bn., King's Shropshire Light Infantry

who died age 19

on Sunday 25 October 1914.

Son of Mrs. Eliza Webley, (my Mum's Granny Webley and widowed since 1908) of The Branches, Colwall, Malvern, Worcestershire.

Remembered with honour

Rest in peace JAMES WEBLEY and all those of the 1/K.S.L.I. who lost theirs between the 21st and 25th October 1914 in trenches covering Le Quesne.
