Tunstill's Men

Apologies if this has been flagged up else where on the Forum.

Tunstill's Men is a day to day account of a company raised in the Craven district of Yorkshire. Its been closely researched by Skipton teacher Dr. Bill Smith and a series of plays based on the theme are being acted out at various venues in the area. Its got some excellent material on local recruitment meetings. The Company formed part of the 10th (Service) Battalion of the Dukes.

Well worth a look and a visit to the play.

I'll be there on Saturday in funeral attire and I'm looking forward to it. It's had some great reviews.

By the way, did you receive those Keighley news pictures I sent to David B. a couple of weeks ago?
