There is a book By Edward H. Wigney "The C.E.F. Roll of Honour" They appear on EBay from time to time or you can buy them here. It is a excellant book But list for 135 Canadian.

See my comments on the Wigney book on the thread Casualty Medals on Ebay currently running, and you will see why that $135.00 investment has been the best money I ever spent in medal collecting.

There is a small book -the Roll of Honour- for NZ, published soon after the war. Otherwise only the CWGC.

But there is now a website, attempting to list all the NZ war dead, from 1899 to 1945

His sources include the Roll of Honour
