Guest Pete Wood Posted 2 November , 2004 Share Posted 2 November , 2004 From what I can make out, in the book Shot In The Tower - the story of the spies executed in the Tower Of London during the First World War - the job of actually executing these spies was carried out by: 3Bn Grenadier Guards 3Bn Scots Guards Has anyone seen mention of this 'work' in their war diaries - or come across accounts by the soldiers....?? Does anyone know when the Scots Guards replaced the Grenadiers at the Tower...??
