It all adds up to the bigger picture. Once again if they use the volunteer angle I will once point them to the Cycling Time Trials(CTT) on how to run everything on a shoestring and function with out expensive staff. For some years now the editor has been a paid function, as has the editor of the Bulletin and the producer of the WFA's website. And again, it is supposed to be published 3 times a year, and September/October/November/December/January could still be within trades descriptions so long as it is circulated within the next 8 days or so.
