Canadian Bank of Commerce Letters from the Front

Grateful if pals could help me solve a puzzle.

This link shows a list of those of employees of the Canadian Bank of Commerce who wrote letters from the front which were subsequently published in 1920. http://www.canadiangreatwarproject.com/Regimental/hr_boc.asp#B

One of those listed is is Eric Paunceford Blake - shown as a CSM and wounded in action twice, I can't find him in the Canadian data archives but I am tracking a tanker of that exact name, who was a bank clerk in 1911 but living in Addiscombe.

Does anyone have access to the book and, if so, can you help me learn more about Eric
