The WW2 photo is again a Nottingham/Derbyshire based family, but who know where they travelled to during the war. Freds father was Notts and Derby as well as Royal Scots Fusileers and he served in India for a few years. Cheers Belinda I have sent you a PM regarding the slouch hat badge Belinda. The GSC cap badge was used in WW2 for trainees who had yet to be allocated to a regiment. Brown plastic was used to conserve precious metals.
