museumtom Posted 8 February , 2015 Share Posted 8 February , 2015 I just received the 'Pals at Suvla Bay' reprint from N&MP. I was hoping the images contained therein would be very good but am disappointed. I do not have access to the original so I wondered if the original images are 'sharp?'. If they are not then I am satisfied and well done to N&MP. Cheers. Tom.

Old Owl Posted 8 February , 2015 Share Posted 8 February , 2015 Generally the portaits in the original are good and sharp, but as always with these type of books some of the original photos vary in quality. Unfortunately I sold my original copy a few years ago so cannot help with checking out individual portraits. Hope this answers your question. museumtom Posted 8 February , 2015 Author Share Posted 8 February , 2015 Thank you old owl. Glen I looked at your ebay book and the images are better there than in the reprint, which answers my question. Thank you both very much, your help is very much appreciated. Kind regards. Tom. CaroleHope Posted 8 February , 2015 Share Posted 8 February , 2015 The images in my original copy are beautiful and thumbnail size photos at back are sharp.
