Jacob Posted 7 November , 2004 Share Posted 7 November , 2004 I found two brothers who filled out US Draft Cards. Their names were Lawrence M. DEWAR and Harry L. DEWAR. Neil Burns Posted 8 November , 2004 Share Posted 8 November , 2004 Hi Bill, Not necessarily. The war ended before full mobilisation and many men filled out cards, but were not drafted.
