1/4th East Lancs Regt

I have been researching an officer of the 1/4th East Lancs who died of wounds on 24/03/1918. Can anyone suggest where I might find a good account of the unit's actions during the 1918 Spring Offensive. I have read the unit war diaries for the period.

Thanks

Gavin

Thanks for your reply Ian. I do have a copy of the book about Bill Kennedy MM somewhere. I bought it a couple of years ago, but haven't been able to find it lately. I fear it is in the hell that is my loft. I seem to remember that he was detached from the regiment by this date, possibly serving with the MGC? I'll certainly dig it out and check. Thanks for reminding me of it.

Regards

Gavin
